Whoever owns the land where the glamping unit is placed receives 25% of the monthly revenue

Whoever manages/hosts the glamping unit, whether on site or remotely receives 25% of the revenue. We can provide this service if the land is not lived on. We prefer that the landowner reside on the land and manage it themselves.

Whoever pays for the glamping unit receives 25% of the revenue. This is normally the landowner as well, but we do have a team of investors willing to fund the glamping unit if it's a desirable location.

Whoever builds, designs, ships, installs, and markets the glamping unit receives 25% of the revenue. This is our role. We do this free of charge. You do not pay for our labor, shipping, design, installation, and marketing costs. We absorb that cost as a company. We are true partners with you. The cost of our glamping kits are simply the bare cost of materials...nothing more.
