Our Story

• 2015: We launched our first Airbnb in our apartment in Pasadena, CA
• 2016: My wife, Brooke, and I began renovating vintage trailers and placing them in friend's backyards as short term rentals.
• 2017: I began managing several short term rentals for investors in three different states.
• 2019: We converted a 30 ft toy hauler into a luxury tiny home that we lived and traveled in.
• 2021: We pivoted to glamping during the pandemic and started building glampsites on friend's ranches
• 2023: We bought a half acre of land on Ometepe Island in Nicaragua where we are currently building a 3-unit glampsite
• 2023: We designed our first custom tiny home for a family in Dallas, TX.  
• February 2024: We began selling tiny homes to the public
• Oct. 2024: We formed a partnership with Finley Workshop, a tiny home manufacturer with over 20 years of experience, to manufacturer our tiny homes out of Colorado Springs, CO. 
• Oct. 2024: We formed partnerships with Tree Tents, Azure Printed Homes, and Irontown Modular to market and sell their structures to our clients

Our Why

Rental income is one of the most dependable forms of monthly income in existence. Adding one or more rental unit(s) on your existing land will cover most or all of your mortgage and utilities. Once the PITI (principal, interest, taxes, insurance) of your primary residence is covered, your primary stream(s) of income can be directed to other endeavors. Our hope is that this will enable others to live financially free and empower them to fulfill their purpose in life.

We're not huge, but we're passionate, focused, and building.
